SGWS CHEERS to Women in Dallas

Hello and Welcome to the LeanIn Circle for CHEERS to Women in Dallas! This Circle is for SGWS Employees in the Dallas area who want to empower women and promote gender equity in the adult beverage industry. CHEERS is an acronym for Connecting. Hardworking. Empowering. Educating. Respecting. Serving. CHEERS are Business Resource Groups dedicated to the professional development and empowerment of employees at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. These employee-led business resource groups are open to all employees, in all divisions, at all levels. A Business Resources Group (BRG) is a peer group whose members and allies have common interests and goals which are aligned with SGWS overall business strategy and its Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) goals and objectives. The intent of these groups is to promote a culture of diversity and inclusion driven engagement, innovation and continuous improvement in keeping SGWS Mission, Vision and Values.
