This Circle was created with the intention to empower young professionals to build upon the progress made by those before us to address female equity in the workplace ~ in order to improve outcomes for ourselves and for those that come after us. By joining this circle, you will belong to a group of women and allies focused on developing professional skills, forming a valuable camaraderie, and creating a more equal world. Anyone is welcome to join this Circle although it will primarily focus on developing valuable skills for those just entering the workforce.
