Belize Ladies is a Lean In Circle for young women (18 - 45) from the country of Belize. Our goal is to empower women to become better leaders in all aspects of life including in the home, work, community and country. We envision this circle as firstly a support group where women can discuss challenges and devise strategies to address the challenges we face as women leaders. Later, we will become active leaders in our community to spread the message of 'Lean In' to other generations of women.
