The YWCA Lean In Professional Women’s Forum will meet at our facility in Hamilton on a monthly basis. Initially this will be a sort of networking and sharing of best practices, in which professional women who live, or work, in Butler County can get to know other. Speakers at the events will include local female business leaders, and entrepreneurs. As the group’s participation grows the YWCA plans on training seminars, discussion panels, and professional training that are designed to help females participate more fully in the professional community with an emphasis on nontraditional careers. The YWCA expects that this will lead to a better trained workforce that can meet the technological and business needs of the 21st century.
