This is a networking group for women professionals in financial services technology in Western Canada, to help instil confidence and give & take peer feedback towards fulfilling careers path and personal lives, rooted in one's own ambitions. Whether you are starting out and wondering how/ where to start in "FinTech", or coming to a crossroad and are interested in hearing others' stories, want to share your experiences, or are simply interested to meet at private social events (depending on the season, we will also organize active events or retreats), this group is for you. Did you know that women in FinTech are a pronounced minority, whether in the general workforce (30%) or in the Board rooms (8%)? Sadly, the glass ceiling still exists. Let's change our game together.
