Lean In is for female and male leaders interested in personal and professional growth through the support of others. We will strive to support, inspire, and grow together while mastering the art of projecting professional confidence. Our focus will be on: • Making our community more inclusive while empowering the women who are part of it. • Improving self-confidence. • Learning to follow instincts. • Learning to focus in the present to achieve a balanced life. • And empowering ourselves and each other to be the best we can be.
