Rush Enterprises

The Rush Enterprises lean-n circle is an extension of the company's Women's Leadership Initiative and is open to all Corporate employees. Just like the WLI's mission, the purpose of this group is to help promote the recruitment, retention, and development of female talent at every level. Through this group, the hope is that female employees would come together to build upon their support network and learn from each other as they develop and look to advancing in their careers.
