We help Latinas achieve their ambitions and work to create an equal world. We empower Latinas to close the wage gap by providing awareness, education, training and mentorship. We are committed to closing the gender wage gap. Our network enables Latinas to find their self-confidence and advance their skillset. Our vision is to live in a world free of gender and racial pay discrimination for Latina Women.
