Navigating Workplace Bias - Warsaw, IN - Hybrid

This Lean-In Circle aims to empower every voice - all are welcome. As we learn about our own biases and how to overcome the biases of those around us, we will empower each other to become the best versions of ourselves through learning, engaging openly in a safe space, and sharing struggles and triumphs. All must be empowered to make a difference; we achieve that by building each other up and holding ourselves and others accountable. We will meet once per month for 90 minutes during regular business hours (EDT) at a convenient time for all Circle members. We currently meet virtually but are open to other meeting options as a team.
