Together we create a space where members can slow down and re-engage helping us achieve higher potential while maintaining a quality of life that is fulfilling. We do this by coming together and sharing our experiences, challenges, dreams, and goals. The intention is for members to walk away recharged with a new perspective on how to handle stressful situations and tension at work. Targeting core competencies such as stress management, attitude, interpersonal skills, and self-awareness. Guided journaling exercises in our monthly meetings.
