Lean In UCD

This is a Circle for UCD students who want to empower women to seek their full potential and strive for equality in the workplace, particularly in the business field. We hope to empower women to aim high and tackle the complex challenges that they face in the modern world– from the stigma often associated with powerful women to building self-confidence, and from developing a work/life balance to climbing the corporate ladder.
