Lean In To Scouting, Cirlce 564 amplifies the voices of professional staff women of Capitol Area Council, #564. 564 is the Austin area council of the Boy Scouts of America. We as professional women in a very traditional, male dominant organization have inspirational stories to share! We are diverse, we are driven, we are scientists, we are career educators, event coordinators, fund raising aficionados, we are the backbone as well as the public faces of our Council and we are inclusive: we welcome our male colleagues as Allies in the workplace! Our circle will focus on fun, interactive professional development and outreach to other professionals in the non profit sector.
