Lean In - VIT Vellore is a team of passionate and confident individuals, working towards encouraging diversity in the workplace and society for women by supporting and uplifting them. We aim to increase consciousness and awareness regarding health, education, culture, science and technology, and lifestyle while also addressing issues based on various societal, environmental, political aspects amongst many others. Our team wants to step up, initiate and take action for the growth and empowerment of women in all domains especially technology as well as provide them with a healthy and interactive environment to thrive in. We aim to build a better community with more informed and empowered women to have equal opportunities for all.
