Leading Change at ARL

Gender: Co-Ed Status: Civilian Description: This circle is focused on supporting moderators of Lean In Circles at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory. We will discuss challenges shared across circles and work together to develop innovative ways to lead the various circles in ARL to achieve their goals. We will also focus on leadership development, and vision setting. Brainstorming ideas and developing ways to create positive and lasting change within ARL will be a primary interest area as well.
