Kardia: Female Leaders

Kardia was born within me in 2017 when I took the lead on projects aimed at empowering women. This involved empowering workshops and development initiatives for entrepreneurs across Latin America, co-founding women's committees within the companies I've worked for, and conducting personal and professional development events and workshops in Brazil and Europe. These experiences unveiled my passion for guiding transformation processes and the professional development of women. To enhance my skills in facilitation and human development, I pursued a Master's in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching at EAE Business School in Madrid, and an Executive Coaching certification at NYU. I deeply believe that self-awareness, in itself, is a revolution that becomes even more powerful when shared.
