IE Leans In

IE Leans In is a network led by IE Business School's Women in Business Club. The goal of our network is to inspire and empower women to achieve their personal and professional aspirations as they strive to drive equality. Our circle invites students, alumni, staff and associated professionals from the IE Women in Business network to join us. "Because gender equality is not a women's issue. It's a business issue", we would like to open our circles to men too and establish a shared sense of empathy and motivation.
