Happiness is Success

An Officially Sponsored Circle of the Los Angeles Chapter This group will focus on personal growth in order to achieve professional success. Often we are dealing with personal mindsets, past events, or a lack of confidence that hold us back from happiness in our personal or professional lives. Moreover, many of us don't have a group of people who we can openly discuss our day, successes and failures, and that will support each member in moving forward. We aim to be that group. Everyone is welcome. (P.S. Being a mother is a career!) In this circle, we will: -Work through Lean In's development exercises and some from others, like Tara Mohr -Provide a safe space to discuss topics to help us navigate our perspective work environments and personal spaces -Discover local resources -Have fun together (Movies, Wine, Brunch, Kyaking, etc.) Meetings: approx. 2 hours long, 1x a month, vary in location in the general Long Beach/Lakewood/Carson area, typically have 3 parts (development exercise, topic of the week/guest speaker, open discussion/hang out/byob) or consist of a social event.
