Future Leaders in the Third Sector

*This is a group to empower the women and men across the third sector in assistant and officer roles.* Hi there, My name is Lisa and I work at Alzheimer's Society. I love where I work, but looking around my office, there is a sea of women. Far from being a negative thing, it's interesting that across the charity sector there is a trend for a more female dominated workforce. But this doesn't always translate all the way to senior leadership. I wanted to start this circle to discuss and empower women and men at assistant and officer level across the charity sector. Ultimately this Circle will help us all to get what we want from our careers. What specific issues arise from a female ruled environment? Why, when there are so many women working in the field, is this not reflected at a top level? Why are women not leaning in all the way? Looking forward to hopefully meeting you at a Circle soon!
