This circle will provide a platform for MBA students to raise awareness and address issues facing women at various stages in their business careers. Our mandate is to encourage and support the success of female business leaders within the DeGroote School of Business and surrounding community by embracing diversity, supporting growth, and encouraging learning and creative expression. Through discussion forums, networking opportunities, keynote speaker events, and community-based initiatives, we plan to promote and support the increasing presence of successful women in management. This group is open to both women and men and we strongly encourage our male colleagues to join and show their support in embracing the unique barriers women face and working together to develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
