Let's free up some time to reconnect with our 'selves' and connect with one another. Let's connect free from our identities as partner and/or mother etc and identities associated with our employment status or job titles. It's very easy to be consumed by our identities as mother's, carers, partners, career roles and so, and with a lack of support in the local area for women simply being our'selves' free of these roles, then its even more challenging to make connections based on who we are as individuals. This informal female friendship group aims to: create meaningful connections within our community, to offer a regular space and time to simply be our true selves, to support/encourage one another to rekindle an old hobby and touch base with our inner child. To support one another to grow and to learn.
