Coffee Courage

The Coffee Courage Circle is for individuals interested in discussing the challenges we face as dormakaba employees seeking remove barriers, improve connections and collaboration, and to grow both in our professional and personal lives. We will use this space to talk about our experiences and struggles to create a stronger support system to help us navigate the challenges that we may face. Once upon a time, before COVID pulled us apart and isolated us... some interesting problems could be solved quickly after a short conversation during a chance meeting with a member from a different team in the kitchen while grabbing some coffee. The relaxed environment could let us speak more openly and honestly. With some coffee, confidence and encouragement within our circle, we can bolster each other with the courage to see our goals through.
