BHPB BMA

This circle is independent of BMA, however it's formed with the purpose of connecting its employees informally to help everyone work together to improve diversity in our workplace, particularly focussing on gender imbalance. This network is based in Brisbane, however it's open to all BMA employees across the Bowen Basin. The aim of this circle is to encourage and facilitate exposure of the capable and deserving females within our organisation to all management levels. In doing so, we can help improve the percentage of women in management roles, throughout our organisation.
