20’s something, a circle at iLead is a platform to nurture, support and empower young professionals as they begin their careers. Why did we start 20’s something? We realized youngsters transitioning from the role of a student to a professional, experience a lack of support, guidance or a credible network; with this circle we want to bridge this gap for early young professionals so that they can leverage it to plunge themselves into a window of opportunities beyond the office walls.
