People who know how to use AI are more likely to get promotions and raises. Women are using this technology less, and Lean In is devoted to getting them up to proficiency so they can get the same job opportunities as men.
The right AI prompt can change the way you work. Here are a few favorites from our team.
Automate your workload
Give a chatbot your job description and what your day-to-day looks like (tip: do this quickly with voice mode) and ask how it can help automate your workload.
Find your top 3 priorities for the week
If you are using a Google Workspace, say to Gemini, “Scan my email, calendar, Google Chat, and Google Tasks, and tell me what my top three priorities are for this week.”
Rewrite an important document
Paste a draft document into your chatbot and say, “This is a very important [email/document/etc.]. I want you to assess its goal, analyze it for shortcomings against that goal, and then rewrite it to address those shortcomings.”
Run an adversarial review
Instead of asking a chatbot to double-check its work, it’s more effective to ask it to do an “adversarial review/audit,” where a skeptical agent reviews the output.
