Women of Valent Group Companies

A single person can elicit change in thought, word, and action. Experiences in our lives influence how to choose to react to situations in the future. The objectives are: 1) create network for conversations about gender bias and stereotypes, work-life balance, and career advancement barriers that are specific to women. 2) increase awareness of women's role in agriculture and implications on our business model. 3) Women helping women: bridge relationships between field team and office staff (allow for better understanding of what we do in field and what the office team does). We plan on setting up a mentoring program to pair field staff with those wanting to learn more about Valent​'s products and the people who use them, while having field staff understand the processes within the corporate office and labs. In addition partnering experienced and fresh new women in the organization.
