Women in Business UMich

My circle, Women in Business, will be focused on gender bias in the workplace, specifically related to employment opportunities. Over the next semester, we will explore the gap amongst male and female compensation and examine current trends in order to find resolutions that address this inequality. Additionally, we will work toward leveling the playing field and understanding the true value of business-savvy women in the corporate world. Though women possess different strengths than men, we will prove that every area of expertise is necessary to compete in a global business setting.
