Women in BAT

The power of peer support through women networks gave me confidence to sit on the table next to my male colleagues. Stories shared by other women inspired me to chase my career dreams. I have learned the importance of making my partner a real partner that can support my career whilst equally I am supporting his. And I am sure I still have much more to learn and get inspired from. For this reason, I would love to share similar experiences with the BAT women that are happy to be part of an internal support network for us to openly discuss gender challenges and share advice on how we can overcome these together.
