The Women’s Initiative at Nasdaq (WIN) is an organization comprised of internal employees dedicated to promoting the professional growth of women at Nasdaq. The focus of this group is to engage, educate and empower professionals within our global company, and to help advance the achievements, opportunities and challenges presented to our colleagues every day. Our goal is to facilitate specific initiatives such as networking events, mentoring, sponsorship, panels and candid discussion with subject matter experts for our members and Nasdaq at large.
