Wash the pink wash

Women step in a professional world that developed to fit men and address their needs, where they made all the rules and established a “common practice” that doesn’t work for us and we have no choice. How exhausting is that? How many micro-aggression have you received? Like you are the only one receiving a comment the clothes you're wearing? They speak on top of you as if they disregard what you have to say? Or you have to listen to conversations like “we man like this and that” in a work context? There has been undeniable progress in the last 50 years, but are we reaching a plateau? Is it all pinkwash and the glass ceiling is getting wider and thicker? Data are showing this. I would like to discuss this with you, identify issues in our everyday life and maybe find a way to solve them or react in a productive way! And also discuss successful stories from which we can learn and maybe bring impactful changes
