Women in Academia: Flourish Together

Our group invites women in all career stages, working in academic settings and engaged in teaching, research and other scholarly activities. We started this group to call out the unique challenges that we face as diverse women, working in systems that may not fully recognize (or support) our unique perspectives and talents. Despite this, we are committed to gathering women together to find ways to collectively flourish. By engaging in authentic discussion, our goal each month is to share wisdom and foster a sense of connection/community. We are currently in the early stages of organizing this group.
