Encouraging women that being assertive isn't wrong nor "aggressive" in business. If you were a man your wouldn't be training them to move past you and be used by the orgainizational sexism. Lean on ladies because they are going to trample over you if you don't. Looking for unashamed and brave women to encourage, lift up and network and support one another as women in business need support systems that don't otherwise exist. Let's support one another instead of view each other as competition like the game has been set up thus far.
