It's been a long time coming to create something special and specifically for women, Midlife London Ladies is it, but it took my own midlife transition to happen for me to find it! This forum is for all Midlife Women who want to have a space to discuss, support and encourage each other during this transition. There are so many focuses and issues for us as women at this life stage to face personally, professionally, around families, health challenges and life in general. Generally, it's a time when you wake up one day with some very BIG questions about your life? We meet once a month to discuss topics that are relevant or interesting to our members.
