Hello and welcome tech lords, The main motive of this circle is to focus on empowering women and help them lift up their confidence by learning together to sit at the table. Needless to say, a lot of time it's noticed that there is only woman or a few women are part of the entire meeting room. It's becoming very crucial for us as women to learn to sit at the table. To be able to speak up with confidence. We as a LeanIn circle focuses on that part. By becoming part of this circle, you will learn new skills by various means, by listening to great TED Talks sometimes and having a follow up discussion, reading good topics together or by inviting confident and successful women as panel, so we can learn from each other and grow. The idea is to work on building self confidence, building an Individual Identity, and most importantly fulfilling the dream by lifting each other up, by being emotional or mental or any kind of support to get a step closure to fulfil our Dreams :) Thank you!
