In this group, we will practice yoga and meditation to support our general well-being. You will learn tools to support emotional balance and develop serenity and resilience by calming the mind directing thoughts more positively.
Mindfulness practices will be experiential to learn about qualities of compassion, joy, love and happiness for ourselves and for others.
Class format will also include workshops and online meetings to cover a variety of wellness topics.
