GROW SELF

I have been in the professional development business for more than 20 years. I see my company as being a world class and pioneering training, facilitation and consulting operation. I joined as a junior client executive and am now the Managing Partner. I’ve had the chance to support, work with and see in action some of the most admired national and international business leaders of our time , as well as engage with inspiring academics and HR professionals. As a personal mission, I now want to support women leaders who are new in their management roles. Drawing inspiration from Sheryl Sandberg’s ‘Lean-in Circles’, I dream of starting a GROW Circle with a group of women as they set about developing themsleves as people and as leaders of teams and organizations. A GROW Women’s Circle is a small group of eight women. They meet regularly on the last Thursday of the month over nine months.
