This Circle is for women in business in all stages of their careers and across all geographies. Our purpose is to provide each other with practical guidance and emotional support as we navigate our workplaces, careers, and personal growth. We will discuss and problem-solve on topics like managing tough conversations, making strategic decisions, influencing others, preparing our direct reports/teams for success, shifting careers, and others. We will lean on our members to drive the conversation to areas that are most relevant and pressing to us at any given point in time.
