Edinburgh women's trauma and abuse

I have set up this group for women based in Edinburgh who are looking for support and friendship. This may be due to a dysfunctional and abusive upbringing which has led to feelings of isolation and shame and a real feeling of not fitting in. I hope we can meet fortnightly in small groups to become a support and loving tribe for one another. Knowing that you always have someone to listen to you, without judgement is the goal here. I had a traumatic upbringing and a mother with NPD which has made managing life very difficult. I am in year seven (in December) of sobriety from alcohol so can help with addiction too.
