Chobani Women

The Chobani Women Initiative began in 2015 as a conversation between Founder, Chairman and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya and Chobani's most senior women leaders to elevate the voices and presence of our women. It has led to nationally recognized outcomes, including our Parental Leave policy and signing of the White House Equal Pay Pledge. Chobani Women is the first program of its kind at the company. Since its inaugural leadership forum, our initiative has evolved into an inclusive platform - for all employees, all locations, all genders - to obtain critical leadership development and skills-based training, notably celebrated throughout the month of May as part of the company's annual programming.
