Butterfly Effects

The aim of our Lean in Circle is to organize a women's professional meetup/network to discuss women's challenges at work, questions, the need for advice in the workplace, and related topics. The mission is to create a safe and comfortable space for women to come together and share experiences at work without being judged and ask questions and advice for certain situations (e.g. equal pay, leadership, insults, etc). Vision: To encourage and empower women to speak up, boost their confidence, and reach their full potential. Values: confidentiality, courage, well-being, and preventing isolation. During the Circle, everyone is welcome to share their stories to learn from each other's success stories and challenging ones. Each one is encouraged to take an active part and perhaps lead the next Circle!
