Bhutanese Women Leaders Lean In

This leanin circle will serve as networking platform for new working moms, women leaders in pipeline struggling to stay in track because of the gender stereotype existing in the organisational structure and other external gender biases affecting them. This circle will facilitate to discuss what works and what doesn't for the working class of women to grow in their career ladder and help each other find solutions that will keep them growing throughout way to the top.
