Commencing in January 2018, the AUFM Lean In Circle hopes to actively offer tools to lead and develop others, create concrete visions for our roles as female leaders, and help to build and sustain confidence in our ability to positively impact AU's Facilities Management Division. Knowing that it won't be comfortable at times, we hope that this professional circle will energize our female leaders in a way that refreshes our perspective, career, and leadership.
