Most professional or personal growth training is general. Step in, learn some blah material. Not this! The six session group will be specialized to YOU. As a group, we will work together to give each person specific encouragement, goals and steps to take based on the topic for that session. Improve your general life fitness: your ability to work with yourself and others in an authentic and individual way; your ability to create change in your environment. Come and learn with us! * Develop a leadership profile unique to you. * Become a culture-change assessor and advocate. * Experience mindfulness-based stress reduction. * Improve your negotiation skills. * Explore and delineate your career path plan. * Use Appreciative Inquiry techniques to drive change in your work. 
 * Learn about team dynamics and how to navigate them well. * and more! Meetings will alternate between Brookings, SD and Sioux Falls, SD. Membership will be limited to 8-10 members per six-session series, so we can each truly contribute to the conversation and each other's growth.
