Our mission is to empower, support, and elevate women within Ascensia by fostering a community of collaboration, mentorship, and professional development. AscendHER Circle creates a safe, inclusive space where women share experiences, inspire each other, and reach their full potential. Regular meetings will focus on personal growth, career advancement, and addressing workplace challenges unique to women. Our goal is to empower women and contribute to individual and organizational success.
