What we do
Juvare is experiencing tremendous growth and relies on the expertise of the entire workforce to launch into our new paradigm. We need our entire workforce to feel empowered and engaged to reach and exceed our lofty goals. Women systemically underestimate their abilities and most industries do not promote pipelines where women can ascend to the highest leadership levels. Lean In promotes a program focused exclusively building skills for women that will help manage frustrations associated with disenfranchisement and carve out a better path towards success with increased allyship, empowerment, and engagement.
