This is not a training or an information webinar.

FYI: About Lean In Circles

Lean In Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn new skills, give and get advice, and encourage one another to boldly pursue their goals. A leader in our global community recently shared an African proverb that captures the spirit of Circles perfectly: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Circles are open to everyone, and they’re especially powerful for women. We see the impact every day—women in Circles are more confident, more likely to be promoted, and more optimistic about their path to leadership. Together, Circles create collective momentum that’s hard to sustain alone.

P.S. If you already know you’re ready to lead a Circle then check out one of our upcoming Circle Leader Trainings instead.
