XO WIT represents female employees across the engineering, product, and design departments at XO Group. This affinity group is designed to inspire and support women to thrive in technology careers (and stay at XO) by creating a connected, supportive community. Specifically, we seek to help women gain new skills and hone existing skills for professional advancement. XO WIT is open to all employees of XO Group, worldwide.
