The Zensho Women’s Lean In Circle exists to create a trusted space where women connect, share experiences, and support one another’s growth—professionally and personally. Our mission is to foster confidence, community, and honest dialogue that empowers women to lead, grow, and navigate their careers with clarity and courage. At its core, this circle is about women doing life and work on their own terms—together, not alone.
