Our mission is to simply empower and support the women of BCT, in earnest. Each person brings different gifts, superpowers, insight and expertise to our table. Ensuring that each woman has a voice, is heard, and feels supported is our overarching goal beyond building a solid foundation to support and advocate for each respective women's growth trajectory within BCT, and Battlefield as a whole.
