Women in Tech

I am the first female hire at a Technical Recruiting startup based out of Oakland, and through my work here, have become increasingly interested in the issue of the advancement of women, specifically in tech. As the only woman at my company, I would love to meet with other women in Tech to talk about the challenges. I have also just begun a project at work, looking to change the relationship between recruiters and companies/candidates by focusing on how we can better cater and support women in the tech industry.
