We aim to empower women working in the maritime sector and beyond to gain greater visibility and exposure in their workplace.
It aspires to: - Be a support system for women currently working in the industry who are in need of mentorship and guidance - Connect women with each other to facilitate network growth, thus strengthening the foundations to support long and fulfilling careers in the maritime industry
